The chauffeur is paid an 18% for
gratuity. The gratuity is calculated on the Base Charge,
Extra Stop's, and Waiting Time.

On a
Wait
and Return the chauffeur is paid 20% for the gratuity.
On January 14, 2000 New Jersey
Governor Whitman signed into a law Limousine Bill # 2034
that has not only regulated but also legitimized the
limousine industry. The law went into effect as of March
15, 2000.
Surface Transportation Charge (STC)
of 9% is added to each trip to cover the following:

2-Way Communication System

First Aid Kit
-
Sideboards on all vehicles
that are 10 inches above ground level

Minimum of $1.5 million
insurance

License to operate and
registration with our local township clerks office

NYC Taxi and Limousine
permits

EZ-Pass related costs
The Surface Transportation Charge
(STC) is calculated on the Base
Charge, Extra Stop's, and
Waiting Time.
Since May of 2005 we added on 6%
Gas Surcharge due to the rising prices of gasoline.
This gas surcharge is labeled on
the reservation agreement as the
ACCT SVC.
The Gas Surcharge is calculated on
the Base Charge, Extra
Stop's, and Waiting Time.
As of October 1, 2006 New Jersey
Governor Corzine added sales tax to any trip that
originates in New Jersey and ends in New Jersey.
The following list includes
everything that is taxable.
If for
any reason your trip begins or ends outside the state of
New Jersey then it is not taxable. top of
