Our Meetings and Events
Coordinator will assist you in arranging all of your
ground transportation needs for large movements. We will
provide you with easy to read spreadsheets with all of
the information you will provide us and more. All you
have to do is provide us with your passenger (s)
itineraries and we will take care of the rest.

Coordinator will over see our dispatchers to make sure
your scheduled event transportation runs smoothly and
make any last minute decisions that need to be made.
After your scheduled trip (s) are complete we will
provide you with a detailed spreadsheet breakdown
indicating how
everything actually went with all of the transportation
charges.

All of our chauffeurs are
employees of A. Harrington
Limousine Service. They receive the training and
reinforcement they need to be the best in safety, local
geography, etiquette, appearance, knowledge and
attitude.
Our company policy clearly
requires our chauffeurs to wear a black suit, white
shirt, company tie, and black overcoat. Company photo ID
tag with full name and employee number must also be worn
at all times.
Other HLS requirements are as
follows:

Possess a CDL License with
Passenger Endorsement.
This requires fingerprints
for a background check by the NJ State Police

A complete physical every two
years

Carry maps for all of New
Jersey, New York’s five boroughs (Manhattan, Staten
Island, Queens, Brooklyn and Bronx),
Philadelphia, and Connecticut.

Map out their route prior to
start of their trip

to the scheduled pick up time

Assist passengers with their
luggage
Each chauffeur carries a
two-way Nextel radio for continuous communication
with our office as well as access to the internet to
assist in tracking flights. Our chauffeurs also
carry portable GPS equipment.

Harrington Limousine Service bills on a daily basis and
have a net of 30 days.
We accept American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover. All credit card receipts are
either computer generated or completed by our chauffer
and given to our passenger.
Our accounting department will
work with your company to achieve the necessary detail
(e.g. department number, employee, etc.) required for
reporting purposes.
For your convenience, we can
provide a Passenger Profile Form for all of your
traveling employees. This will provide us with all of
the necessary information to speed up the reservation
process when they call.
